Free Registration Consult Promotion – Terms & Conditions

At Bay Tree Veterinary Centre, we're delighted to offer a Free Registration Consult for all pets registering with us for the first time.

Please take a moment to read the terms and conditions below:

Eligibility

• This promotion is available only to pets that have never been registered with Bay Tree Veterinary Centre before.

• Existing clients registering a pet that has never previously been registered with us are also eligible.

There is no end date to this promotion; it remains available unless otherwise amended or withdrawn

What’s Included

The free consult is a veterinary health check, where one of our vets will:

• Review your pet’s vaccination status

• Check their flea and worming status

• Answer any initial questions you may have about their care

What’s Not Included

While the consult itself is free, any additional treatment, vaccinations, or medications provided during the appointment will be charged at our standard rates. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Vaccines

• Flea or worm treatments

• Diagnostic tests

• Further consultations

One Consult Per New Pet

• The promotion applies once per pet that has never been registered with us before.

• If you are registering multiple newly registered pets, each may receive a free consult.

Booking Requirements

• The registration consult must be booked in advance and is subject to appointment availability.

• Please mention the promotion when booking.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• If you are unable to attend your scheduled free registration consult, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the promotion.

Client Responsibility

• It is the pet owner’s responsibility to provide accurate health history and information during registration and the consult, to ensure the best care is provided.

Non-Transferable & No Cash Value

• This offer is non-transferable, has no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for other services or discounts.

Right to Amend or Withdraw

• Bay Tree Veterinary Centre reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.

• However, we will always honour appointments already booked under the terms outlined above.
