Free Registration Consult Promotion

At Bay Tree Veterinary Centre, we're delighted to offer a Free Registration Consult for all new pets registered with us before 31st October 2025.

Please take a moment to read the terms and conditions below:

Eligibility

• This promotion is available to new patients only.

• To qualify, your pet must be registered with Bay Tree Veterinary Centre between now and 31st October 2025 (inclusive).

• If you are already registered with Bay Tree Vets and are registering a new pet, you are also eligible for the free registration consult.

• If you or your pet have been previously registered, a minimum of two years must have passed since your last registration or visit to qualify for this offer.

What’s Included

The free consult is a veterinary health check, where one of our vets will:

• Review your pet’s vaccination status

• Check their flea and worming status

• Answer any initial questions you may have about their care

What’s Not Included

While the consult itself is free, any additional treatment, vaccinations, or medications provided during the appointment will be charged at our standard rates. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Vaccines

• Flea or worm treatments

• Diagnostic tests

• Further consultations

One Consult Per New Pet

• The promotion applies once per new pet registered.

• If you are registering multiple new pets, each may receive a free consult.

• The consult must be booked on or before 31st October 2025.

Booking Requirements

• The registration consult must be booked in advance and is subject to appointment availability.

• Please mention the promotion when booking.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• If you are unable to attend your scheduled free registration consult, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the promotion.

Client Responsibility

• It is the pet owner’s responsibility to provide accurate health history and information during registration and the consult, to ensure the best care is provided.

Non-Transferable & No Cash Value

• This offer is non-transferable, has no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for other services or discounts.

Right to Amend or Withdraw

• Bay Tree Veterinary Centre reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.

• However, we will always honour appointments already booked under the terms outlined above.
