Ultrasonography

Bay Tree Vets has recently invested in a top specification ultrasound scanner. This tool allows the vets to visualise your pet’s organs in real time and in detail not afforded by
traditional X-Ray. Many of our patients can be scanned whilst conscious, avoiding anaesthesia or sedation.
Ultrasonography is particularly useful when investigating the liver, spleen, stomach, intestines, and bladder. We are also proud to offer in-house detailed Cardiac Ultrasound to aid the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease.
