Following new guidelines being published by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, we have decided to resume primary vaccinations for puppies and booster vaccinations for 1 year old dogs. These groups of dogs are at some risk from infectious disease if their vaccinations are delayed for a prolonged period of time.
Puppies will be vaccinated from 10 weeks’ old.
This is not a return to “business as usual” but a necessary move to protect animal welfare. Strict safety measures will be put in place to protect clients and our staff. All clients will be required to stay in their car and communication with the vet will be via telephone. If you or any member of your household is displaying symptoms of COVID-19 or your household is under 14-day quarantine for similar reasons please DELAY YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Our phone lines will be open again on Tuesday 14th April at 9am. Please call Reception 01299 879 847 to arrange an appointment. We are working with a skeleton staff so leave a message if your call is not answered.
If you require a repeat prescription or flea/wormer treatment please help to keep our phone lines clear and send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org
For all other veterinary services, we will continue to perform telephone/video consults and only urgent cases will be seen at the practice with strict prior arrangement.
Please stay safe and look after each other.
